Industrial heritage aka the industrip adventures
Back on the road after the first Italian winter in twenty (!) years. Much needed and maybe deserved, t he industrip brought me back to my hunt for industrial wonders of ancient Europe.
This time it was Germany and Czech Republic. A wider selection, the industrip map and project can be followed here.
I started in Nürnberg where I visited the house and lab of Master Dürer, then off to Leipzig and Ferropolis. Then beloved Berlin, where the camera rested and I attended to other things that needed attending.
And again on the road and off to Ostrava, a lovely little Czech town with a magnificent repurposed ancient industrial plant. Then back tot he roots and into the darkroom.
Venice, Germany, Czech Republic March 2024.
